Dear Patient,

We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff. 

You may be contacted by The Scottish Government and asked to complete The Health and Care Experience Survey.  We would ask that you comply. Their report to us provides valuable feedback from a 10% sample of our patients.

We also welcome comments and suggestions from any patient or visitor, which can be handed in to reception or given verbally to any member of staff.

The information you supply us will be used lawfully, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)  gives you the right to know what information is held about you and sets out rules to make sure that this information is handled properly.
